Delivery & Returns
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with Rosbalet, General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Rosbalet reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
If you request a return via our Customer relation after our 15 (fifteen) days policy period has terminated and it is accepted, we will reactivate the online return procedure.
Returning your shoes
Please note exchanges are not possible at this time.
Purchases can be returned within 15 days from delivery by following the steps below:
Return shipping is free of charge if you use our courier DHL and if you follow these simple steps:
If the return is accepted the refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned item(s) and the original shipping costs.
With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in France.
If you decide to return using a different delivery service, costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through “Purchase History” in “My profile” or with the DHL Tracking Number you find on your copy of the printed label.
All orders placed create an account with an auto-generated password with which you can access your tracking information, this can be found in the confirmation email.
